The Accomplishment of God’s Kingdom

Consummation is the act of consuming something to the full of a fulfillment of some goal or desired outcome. Consummation can be defined as the completion of a goal, the fulfillment of a desired outcome, and/ or marks the arrival of something like in Biblical theology, the consummation the Kingdom of God at the arrival of Jesus Christ, where the kingdoms of this world are directly under the Kingdom of God on earth ( Revelation 11: 15 ” Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices shouting in heaven: The world has now become the Kingdom of Our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever. “

The apostle Paul in describing the relationship between the Church, which is the ” bride ” of Christ, and the ” bridegroom ” or lamb, which is Jesus Christ, wrote that it was ” For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. ” – This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the Church – Ephesians 5: 31 – 32. After God brought judgment to the world ( Revelation 18 ), the apostle John wrote ” Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him Glory, for the marriage of the lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the followers… Blessed are those who are invited to the weeding feast of the lamb. ” – Revelation 19: 7 – 9.
