Everyone who calls on Jesus is saved.

Alone 1

Our Lord is the Father to all Men. The promise is the same to all, who call on His name – Jesus, as the Son of God, as God manifest in the flesh John 1: 14 ” And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, ( and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, ) full of grace and truth. All believers thus call upon the Lord Jesus, and none else will do so humbly or sincerely. But how should any call upon the Lord Jesus, the Divine Savior, who had not heard of Him? Romans 10: 13 – 15 “…And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things! “ And what is the life of a Christian, but alife of prayer ?” – 1 John 5: 14 ” This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. “

It shows that we feel our dependence on him and are ready to give ourselves to Him, and have a believing expectation of our all from Him. It was necessarily that the Gospel should be preached to the GentilesRomans 1: 16 ” For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto Salvation to everyone that believed, to the Jews first, and also to the Greeks. “

Somebody ( especially we followers ) must show them what they are to believe. How to welcome the Gospel ought to be to those to whom it was preached. The Gospel is given not only to be known and believed, but to be OBEYED. It is not a system of nations ( a general understanding, vague or imperfect, or idea of something ), but a rule of practice ( a way of living )James 1: 22 ” But be you doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. “

Jesus, Son of the most high God, you have made joy & peace, and love Divine. May we never make it common place. Grant that as you do bless and comfort us, we may be willing to comfort others who still searching for the way, and do whatsoever you would have us do. Amen!
